To modernize the operation, Morrison’s partnered with Orgill to implement a comprehensive store reset, featuring a refreshed product mix, updated branding, improved signage, and an optimized store layout. Through Smart Start assortments and tailored Market Specific Pricing, the store realigned its inventory, pricing strategy, and customer experience to drive sustainable growth.

With a refined product selection, over 960 linear feet of category updates, and a complete brand refresh, Morrison’s Hardware has become a more inviting and competitive retail destination. With help from Orgill’s Tyndale Advisors, Morrison’s Hardware signage was redesigned to add to store presence and create an easier way for customers to explore and navigate the stores. Replacing outdated signage helped to revitalize the energy and provide a more modern feel to their locations.

Marketing Starter Kit

Making Branding An Asset

The Marketing Starter Kit is designed to provide the basis of a custom brand refresh for dealers with one 1 to 3 store locations. The kit includes: Brand Definition for the dealer’s business, Logo Design or Update, An informational/promotional website, BrandBase setup and training, and more!

The store reset has attracted a new customer base and filled gaps in key categories, enhancing our store's overall appeal.
