Business Operations

Our home office team provides the essential support and strategic framework that enables all business functions to succeed. This includes developing industry-leading programs, coordinating marketing and communications, managing event logistics, and providing crucial HR and operational support. These roles work in partnership with our distribution and sales networks to help our customers thrive.

Sales Representatives

Our sales team is comprised of over 400 representatives who serve as the main point of contact for our dealers, building and maintaining strong partnerships. As knowledgeable experts on all facets of Orgill's offerings, they act as strategic liaisons, connecting the dealers they serve with the right programs, services, and planning to help them be successful. These careers offer independence, flexibility, and a direct role in fulfilling Orgill's core mission.

Distribution Center

Our eight distribution centers across North America are the heart of our business. Within each facility, we have dedicated teams for nearly every aspect of operations, from receiving and inventory control to outbound shipping and maintenance. We offer a wide range of career opportunities, including positions for Material Handlers, Team Leads, and a full management and supervisory staff.

Drivers

Our drivers are a critical link to our customers and, along with our sales reps, are often the face of Orgill for the dealers we serve. They do more than transport goods; they deliver the products our customers sell, bridging the gap between our distribution centers and our dealers' retail locations. As a key point of contact, every driver is expected to provide the same friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful service that defines the Orgill brand. In return, we offer dedicated regional runs, modern equipment, and a focus on getting you home safely and regularly.

Orgill understands that time with family and friends is important. We offer our employees 8 paid holidays annually and paid vacation days.

Retirement Benefits

Our 401(k) Plan is an excellent way for employees to save money and plan for the future. Orgill matches eligible employee contributions dollar-for-dollar on the first 3% and $0.50 on the dollar up to 5%, and vesting is immediate.
